Calculations:
Halimat Mat Allowance : 594+594+594+382=£2164
Husband : 857+1162=2019
Total: 2164+2019=£4183
Weekly pay :
Halimat: £7499(both jobs)
Husband: £1376
Total: (£8875/25)*52=£18460
£4183+17461=22643...so we meet Part A as we will have earned atleast £22400 in the last 12months.
We both have temporary role earning £344 weekly each.
344*52= £17,888 each.
£17,888*2=£35,776 each.
So we both have a non salaried income earning over £22,400 per annum.
My son will be applying with my husband.
Please kindly advise if you think we can apply based on the calculations above.
I really appreciate all your support so far.
Also do you think it's safe to request exemption of visa fees ?
Thanks!
