Hi, I had to send my new card to them for updating the online status. It's been a week already I haven't received my card back. I still haven't sent my old card back, I'm waiting for the new one to be returned back. I was told by the eu settlement person not to cut the old card just send as it is. Its cancelled anyway so no worry. Have you sent your card to them to update the online status ? You don’t necessarily have to send your new card to them. It says that I need to book an biometric appointment by the 1st of February 2021 but the earliest available is on the 18th February as of today. Could you please advise whether I should just go ahead and book it for the 18th of Feb or submit a application on gov.Uk again once it has passed the date of 1 February 2021?

I called the EUSS resolution centre. Because when I used the online site, it said to post my card to them. So to make sure I called them up. What I know, you go online and changing your details, putting your new details done, the screen says we gonna update your details and send you email. Who tell you to send your new card back?
did you receive a any email that that saying you need to send us back your new card back?

I thought about it and I guess I know why ... I Applied for my new card sometime in September last year, Got an email for consent on the 21st of November. Then received my card last week after an approval email on the 4th of January.
