Financial Requirement Question spouse visa extension

Hi All

Please I urgently need your advice and suggestion. My wife and my son are on spouse visa 2.5 years, due for renewing in June. I am the sponsor I earn about £20,400 from my first job. I stopped my second in Sep 2020 due to my studies, on my second job I earn £8,500 from April 2020 - Sep 2020.

Please can I add the amount earned from the second job during that period?

Please can I use my earn from Universal credit?

Any exception due to Covid-19?

Because we need £2,400 to meet the threshold.

Second job can't be added because it is no longer a source of income at the date of the application under CAT A but it can be added as income earned during the last 12 months under CAT B.

Universal credit can't be used except if you are applying under adequate maintenace.
