I will be renewing my spouse visa this year as i will be completing two and half years soon.Would like to know the list of documents required for renewal

Could you please advise on the below questions

1)Also when is it advisable to apply for FLR as my present brp is valid till 08-09-2021.
2)I have got certificate from UK NARIC stating my English language proficiency statement based on my educational qualification and it states I have met the requirements of C1.This certificate was used when I first applied for entry to UK in spouse visa.Can I use the same on my extension as well or do I need to pass ielts A2 test.
