Switch from ICT Tier 2 to Skill Worker route Visa.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are doing well !!

I am currently on ICT Tier 2 Visa and started the process(ICT extension) through my current employer on which decision is pending by the home office and between this extension period I got the new sponsor to switch my visa category(Skilled Worker).

In this scenario, will the home office accept two application one(ICT extension) and other(Skilled Worker) of the same applicant at the same time?

Please advise me.

However, my current ICT visa will expire on 8th April 2021, though, started the extension process on which the home office decision is pending.

It simply needs to be valid when you apply online. There is no minimum validity requirment.
