Tier 2 Visa Application : is Receiving NHS Pension on Tier 4 work Visa breach of VISA Guidelines

Hi,

I have applied for health and care Skilled worker VISA. In the application form, I was asked have you had access to Public funds. I answered NO.

I am currently on Student Visa Tier 4 and working for NHS since October 2020 to March 21 when my current student visa is expiring. I have received COS from same NHS employer starting from March 22 for 3 years.

I have been getting NHS pension since October as part of my Salary Slip. Now does this mean I have breached Tier 4 Visa rules as I am not supposted to be getting any Public Funds.

Please help me here

Thank you so much. I was going to withdraw my NHS pension by emailing the employer but I guess I dont need to do anything about it.

Just one more clarification.
On Gov.uk Student visa mentions that :
You cannot:
claim public funds (benefits) and pensions

similarly for skills worked visa it mentions that :
You cannot:
apply for most benefits (public funds), or the State Pension

so both pensions and state pensions do not include NHS Pension right ?

Paying IN to a pension plan is NOT the same as claiming a pension from the government.
