Im a British citizen, married to an Albanian.My husband came here, jan 2020 and his visa permit says no recourse to public funds.
We are being told, he needs to apply before june 2021 to stay in the UK because of brexit.Can I be advised please, if this is correct as we thought he had to be here two years before reapplying, or for right to remain.

He holds a 2.5 year spouse visa. Please don't listen to what others are telling you. He only needs to apply for an extension shortly before his visa expires.
