Shortage of occupation - urgent

Hi Guys,

Please help me with below query
I recently applied for skilled worker visa extension but in the application form I have tick marked the 'no' on the shortage of application list.
but my Cos says Job type:2121 Civil engineers. which is in the shortage of occupation list, will there be any problem with this?
Kindly help its urgent.

I think no one interested in my case.
Anyway, this is what I found out from Gov website,
If your job is not in the shortage of occupation list, you will pay extra fees which means I have paid some extra money for my visa even though it was on shortage of occupation list [It wasn't in the list when I applied last time]. So I don't think HO can reject my application for this mistake.
