Spouse Visa - Self-employment

Does anyone know what this means any help appreciated

+unaudited accounts, for the last full financial year
+Accountant’s certificate of confirmation'

Its a requirement for self employed but in not sure what they mean by the first.

As for the second us that just a letter from my accountant confirming the figures are fine?

Both documents will be produced by ur accountant,
If u don't have any accountant, hire one. Accountant can do this for you . And yes u need both sort of documents though u r self employed
