Appeal at BHC or AIT

Post by beever » Mon Sep 29, 2008 12:50 am

hi forum members I know we can appeal either to visa section or AIT but has anybody experienced which is a faster route?
Your advice is much appreciated.

i would say direct to the AIT, using recorded delivery. remember the appeal form MUST be signed by the applicant though. the AIT still have to send the paperwork to the visa section in the appropriate country but at least you know the paperwork is in the system.....postal services in the countries abroad can be unreliable and it would be a nightmare if they said they hadn't received your forms. at least this way you have proof of postage/delivery. hope this helps and good luck
