Upload passport pages including blank pages

Hi all
I m just about to apply my spouse FLRM extension visa
We don't have any joint account due to our negligence
But we have different documents on our name
As main sponsor I m British citizen so I have enough documents on same living address for last 2.5 years
But spouse has only
1) bank statement from 2018 till date
2) TV LICENSE 2019 and 2020 (two pages )
3) few papers from GP NHS (6-8 Pages)
4) tenancy agreements (her name included there all last three years agreements)
5) 2 pages from work and pension department (2 pages only)
6) sheet of DBS Disclosure 2019 (1 page only)

What u guys think this six documents would be enough

If all proof of address is in single names to will need:
6 pieces of evidence each, from 3 different sources spread as evenly as possible throughout the qualifying period. A general expectation would be 2 documents (if in single names) every 4-5 months.

Anything with your name/names, address and date will be acceptable.

I m self employed and as per rules , I need to submit a letter from my accountant too along with other documents such as SA302 etc

I wondering what wording should be on accountant letter ? Is any there specific wordings ??

You are a sole trader so therefore use the address registered with HMRC


Problem is that I work for 3 different companies as self employed. What should I enter in this question

You can upload all the documents into finance section and also caseworker will check all documents uploaded into all the section.
