Many thanks for your reply. Really appreciated.
Few more questions are as follows.
1. She is a doctor she is making money over there not required for her maintenance. Do I still need to prove of money sent to her?
2. As I said she is a doctor. She still requires an English test for her or not.?
3. What's the timeline for a spouse settlement visa to get it approved after we applied.
4. Evidence of adequate accommodation in the UK. Means to submit tenancy agreement in my name.
Thanks

1. No harm if you send money to your partner as means of support which can suggest evidence of genuine and subsisting relationship.
2. Yes it is mandatory to show you meet the English language requirement so either take an English test or she can use her Degree to go through NARIC to state her qualification is equivalent to A1 or above.
3. 60 WD
4. Yes and letter from landlord.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.

A British child cannot apply for a visa.
Apply for a certificate of entitlement to right of abode.

1. Certificate of entitlement is NOT a visa. It can be processed in a few weeks. Spouse visa can take up to 90 working days, sometimes longer
2. No. You are NOT applying for a visa for the child.
3. You pay online.

Thanks for your help.
One more question:
My wife is pursuing PG and I am thinking to apply for her a visitor visa for a month instead of applying spouse settlement visa for now. We are expecting a baby in the month of November and she will be completing her education next year. Once she completed her education will apply for the spouse settlement visa at the same time apply for baby certification of entitlement.
I am a bit confused about what to do. Please assist me with this.?
