I need advice,please help!!!

I met a chinese girl last June 2008,she told me she lived in New York since 2000,she told me she was going back to China in 10 days,in July she called me from China saying she wanted me to travel to China to meet her parents and get marry to her.Here is the trouble I have,I went to China in 2002 to marry a girl,we got married,I went back to USA applied for her visa,which she got in December of 2003,she came in February 2004,in 2006 she got her green card,some months later we had a fight and she left our home,in 2007 she filed for divorce,the divorce certificate was given to me in January of 2008.
Now this second girl I have met told me that she got a student or tourist visa in China by paying some agency,she came to USA in 2000,once here she had or was asked by this agency to lose her passport on purpose,she said so another person could use this visa,she applied for a new passport here in new york,she also says that she lost some document that was attached to her passport when she arrived to USA
So she came to USA in 2000,overstayed her visa until 2008 when she decides to come back to China,I spoke to a lawyer here in New York,he told me that because of what she did,she triggered the 10 year ban,now I want to know:
do we have to wait 10 years so I can apply for her visa?
if so what kind of form I have to fill?
June of 2016 would be the date???
is there a way around this other than coming here ilegally for a second time???,thank you anybody for your advice I appreciate it very much.
