Replacement Brp before new job

Hi there, I hope someone can see this and be able to advise based on their experience.

I’ve lost my job just recently due to redundancies.
I have been applying for new jobs but my issue is that I do not have my brp as it’s been lost. I’ve already submitted an application for a replacement brp card and The biometric are to be taken in 3 weeks time. My concern is I’m worried any prospective employer will not be willing to employ me until I have received a brp. I do however have a letter of my latest application being granted but without my replacement brp, what type of documents can I show an employer to prove my right to work? And how long will it take to receive a brp card after my biometrics have been taken? Sorry for the long post. Hope someone can help me with this as it’s stressful no being able to be given work just because I’ve lost my brp. Cheers!
