UK NARIC Requirement

Hello

I am applying for family visa extension of my wife. Initially she applied visa from India which was granted. We have UK NARIC documents from our first application.

Can we use same documents during extension of the visa ? Is it required to get documents again from UK NARIC to meet English language requirement.

NARIC has no expiry date as far I am aware.
