As my application wasn't progressing for a long time, I called HMPO support. They could look up which checks were not completed, and then I checked with the council. It turned out the council didn't inform UKVI after I attended the citizenship ceremony. After that was cleared my application was approved within a day.

My citizenship application has been affected by various delays, "technical" and "system" errors. This forum has been an invaluable source of information and advice at these uncertain times. I would like to thank to everyone who shared valuable information and their experience. I wish everyone best of luck with their applications.
