Tier 2/skilled worker visa extension CoS

Hello,
My tier 2 visa will be ending soon and i need to extend my visa( with skilled worker type).
My job title, job code etc are all same as 3 years ago when i applied tier 2 with my current employee.

So my question is do i need new CoS document now? Or as nothing has changed in my role/company, i dont need CoS durimg the visa application?

My second question is that, with new immigration rules dor skilled workers, it is written that max 6 years with tier 2 is removed. So does it mean after i have 2 tier-2 visa with 3 years each, i can still get another tier-2( skilled worker) visa. Is that right?

Many thanks for your message, just checked the official website for visa extension.However, there isnt item related to new CoS.
There are are only 3 eligibility criteria as follows;
Do i miss something?

1.you have the same job as when you were given your previous permission to enter or stay in the UK
2.your job is in the same occupation code as when you were given your previous permission to enter or stay in the UK
3.you’re still working for the employer who gave you your current certificate of sponsorship
