Non-British child of a parent, parents or relative who are British citizens or settled in the UK

I have a similar question. I am filling out spouse visa application for myself, switiching from tier 4 general. My husband has recently got his ILR but is still not british citizen as it will take 12months (i guess) to be eligible for citizenship application. I have given birth to my baby who is just 4 month old. She has no passport or any id card but just a birth certificate. There is a question in application form:
1) what will be the child nationality?
Now, does my baby entitles the same nantionality as us (Pakistani) by default? Or she has to apply for Pakistani ID card?
2) Do i have to apply for my child in the same application or not as it asks if i have any children or dependants?
I chose NO in the form because we want to apply for naturalisation of our child as she is born in UK and has no passport. I am not sure if thats how it works?
Could anyone help answering the following questions as soon as possible.

Was the child born before or after the ILR of one of its parent?

Child was born in UK hospital.

Yes child was born in nov 2020 while his father got his ilr on march 2021.
