FLR (M) Six Month Payslips

Post by theshard92 » Thu Mar 18, 2021 11:43 am

Do I have to provide all six months? Say for instance I get a job paying £80k two months before my spouse visa renewl. What happens then? If I have a letter from my employer stating I Get paid that much in a year is that good enough as they're providing a good job for me. This stupid requirement makes no sense tbh and seemly doesnt nothing but to exlude people regardless of real life circumstances or if they're already living here.

There are a number of ways you can use to mee the financial requirement.

In terms of the employment routes:
1. If you have been with your employer for less than 6 months you would have to utilise Category B.
2. If you have been with your employer for 6 months or more, you could utilise Category A or B.

If you have been less than 6 months prior before your extension, you will fall under CAT B depending on if you are salaried or un-salaried and you must meet both conditions of this CAT B.

your job earning 80K will meet first requirement of CAT AND in the last 12 months, you must have earned £18,600 so 3 payslips can meet the requirement £6,666 x 3 = £19,998.
My opinions should not be constituted as an immigration or legal advice.
