PBS dependent over 18 and Main applicant ILR

Hi,

I qualify for ILR under the 5 year route (Tier 2 General)

I have two dependent children who joined me in the UK 2 years ago. One child has since turned 18. I have had sole custody of both children.

1) Would the under 18 child qualify for ILR with me since I have sole custody?
2) For the child over 18, does she apply to extend under pbs?
3) What documents would I need for the over 18 child
