Have you not received "application has been completed" email? Acknowledgement is the very first email everyone gets.

If the email you got is a completion email, then you should have received the following in the same email:
"....
The processing of your application has been completed and you will shortly receive your new Irish Residency Permit Card by post - (approximately 5-10 working days)..
If you have not received your IRP Card after this time, please email burghquayregoffice@justice.ie and write “No Card Received” in the subject bar."
Hope it helps.
Id say wait for a week n if still no reply, no harm to send a follow-up email.ShaWG wrote: ↑Thu Feb 04, 2021 7:39 amraja.brit wrote: ↑Thu Feb 04, 2021 7:31 amHave you not received "application has been completed" email? Acknowledgement is the very first email everyone gets.

yes I got the same email then I email to theme as they said CARD NOT RECEIVED but no reply yet.
If you are implying exchange of cards from Stamp 4 EUFAM to Withdrawal Agreement Beneficiary Card, then yes, seperate application for each applicants.
As per the recent update, it takes 25 to 30 working days to process the card.Qasir_tayyab wrote: ↑Sun Feb 28, 2021 10:19 amFolks

Im looking for clarity on when does the 5 year residence period commence in the state for non-EU family member. Is it:
1) the date non -EU family member first entered the state, or
2) from the date application for EU1 'accepted for consideration', or
3) the date when initial temp stamp 4 approval letter issued, or
4) the date initial stamp 4 residence card issued by INIS after stamp 4 approval letter (3) above, or
5) the date whn final stamp4 EUFAM approval letter issued, or
6) the date final stamp4 EUFAM residence card is issued?
Please note all above dates are different and so looking for advice/ clarity on which no. from the list above I should work from the 'valid' 5 year lawfull residence in the state for 'perm residence' application.
Thanks in advance.

Based on no. 3 above, we will have 1yr and 7 months still left on our stamp4 EUFam card, if i apply for EU3 after 4.5yrs of valid residence!
Will INIS accept application this early from final expiry of Stamp4 EUfam?
Plz note it took us jst over a year to get the final Stamp4 EUfam approval, thts why the gap - IRP card 5yr time starts from this date of final approval, not the initial stamp 4 approval.
So just wanted to double check if applying on date as above would be acceptable by INIS. Thanks again!
Thanks for clarifying...will do.raja.brit wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 9:15 pmEU Regulations 2015 (section 15) states the following:pal80uk wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:22 pmHi thanks for the reply.raja.brit wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:33 pmI applied 7 months before the expiry of Stamp 4EUFAM based on point (3).pal80uk wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 6:04 pmHi can someone plz help with timeline query in terms of next step plz for...'perm residence application'/ citizendhip for non-EU family member.

(b) a family member of a Union citizen referred to in subparagraph (a), who is not a national of a Member State and who has resided with the Union citizen in the State in conformity with these Regulations for a continuous period of 5 years.
My understanding is Stamp 4 counts as a reckonable. So I would count the time it was issued for residency period just as you would for Irish Citizenship. I did when I submitted EU3 and we had gap of 3 months while waiting for Stamp 4 EUFAM.
If or when you apply for EU3, I would quote the EU Treaty regulations in a cover letter.
Hope it helps.
I think I will open one for EU Timeline/Wait as there is no active thread.pal80uk wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 9:37 pmThanks for clarifying...will do.raja.brit wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 9:15 pmEU Regulations 2015 (section 15) states the following:pal80uk wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:22 pmHi thanks for the reply.

Do you know typical timelines for EU3, as could not find online. Checked citizenship timelines and think its taking approx 10months to 1yr average.
Ok thanks ...will keep an eye on the update.raja.brit wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 9:50 pmI think I will open one for EU Timeline/Wait as there is no active thread.pal80uk wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 9:37 pmThanks for clarifying...will do.raja.brit wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 9:15 pmEU Regulations 2015 (section 15) states the following:pal80uk wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:22 pm

It seems like the minimum wait is about an year though I have heard from outside sources few of them got it within 6 months.
I don't recall anyone got approval for EU3 lately in this forum.
Same end date as the original one.
