Tier 1- general - Earning power question

Post by ksh29 » Sat Oct 04, 2008 5:45 am

Hi, Guys

I am in NZ. I have submitted my bio-data and just about to send you the application form along with all the supporting evidence. I have 3 questions regarding my application,

1. For my earning power section, I have been working with the same employer for last 12 months, but my salary has increased twice;
From 07 Sept 2007 to 21 Feb 2008, my annual salary is 53,310.00
From 22 Feb 2008 to 07 Aug 2008, my annual salary is 55,000.00
From 08 Aug 2008 to 18 Sept 2008, my annual salary is 57,200.00
As you may see. my minimum salary for last 12 months is qualified to claim for 45 points. Should I just use the minimize salary to claim points? or I should work out the salary for each period of time as blows, Note: I had 27 payslips together between 07 Sept 2007 to 18 Sept 2008.
From 07 Sept 2007 to 21 Feb 2008, my salary for each period is 53,310.00 * 12 / 27 = 23,693.33
From 22 Feb 2008 to 07 Aug 2008, my annual salary is 55,000.00 * 12 / 27 = 24,444.44
From 08 Aug 2008 to 18 Sept 2008, my annual salary is 57,200.00 *3 / 27 = 6,355.55
So total salary for last 12 months is 54,493.32.

2. Do I need include a return mail package in the application package?

3. Do i need photocopy all the original documents and includes in the application package?

Many thanks,

Kai

You need to show exact amount that you have earned in the 12 months you are claiming.

Saurabh
