Spouse Visa - India

Hi
My husband is a British Citizen and I am an Indian Citizen. This is our 2nd Marriage. We got married in India by registered marriage in Jan 2021. Now I am applying for Spouse visa and want to take both my minor kids from previous marriage with me to UK. My Ex is willing to give a NOC for me to take them. Please advice what all do I need and where can I get the format for NOC for him to sign. Also can you advise the visa fees for 3 or us . Also would it be better for my husband to apply from UK for us. My kids are 16 and 9 years of age.
Waiting for an best advise as I can't wait for be with my husband. Thank you all so much.

You would need to prove sole responsibility for the children, see link below.

You need to apply from India.
