NOC for Dependant Visa

Hi,

My company is applying my UK Work Visa and they are also applying my wife's dependant visa. But for my wife's dependant visa they are asking for NOC from her employer. After doing my research and reading through posts on this forum, I understand that Immigration does not require NOC for dependant visa. But my company is not going ahead for my wife's dependant visa without an NOC from her employer. So, my request is if someone has gotten an NOC from dependant's employer, then kindly please share the template. It would be highly appreciated.
