Second FLR(M) - more than 30 months?

Post by l789 » Wed Mar 31, 2021 2:51 pm

My second FLR(M) visa was recently approved and I just received my BRP card. I'm on the 5 years towards ILR route.

On my BRP card, the period between the issue date and the 'valid until' date is 30 months and 25 days, rather than 30 months. I'm gussing the extra 25 days is to make sure that I'll spend enough time under FLR(M) to qualify for settlement? Is this common practice by the home office? Anyone with similar experience?

There's no metion of the extra days on the BRP letter and on the decision letter it says I'm granted 30 months.

Just want to make sure it's nothing of concern. Thank you!
