On the day of Appointment when i was outside the centre i received a phone call from centre to say they will not go ahead with the appointment today because system is down and i will have to rebook it.

Refunded £69 into my bank account.
Rebooked biometric appointment: 12/11/2020
Sent an email to UKVCAS : 06/11/2020( complain about the service and inconvenience caused because of canceled appointment. Went all the way to Cardiff from Oxford. Ask them to compensate because of this and also i lost a day work.
Replied from UKVCAS : 10/11/2020( Apologised for inconvenience. for accidental Problem they can not compensate as it was out from there control. But gesture of goodwill they will refund me £135 which i did pay for my next appointment.i was refunded £135.
