Hi Manci/Ollie123
Need your urgent suggestion/information regarding Expired BRP card.
Actually My self and my family are in Indefinite Leave to Remain status in UK.
Due to my daughter's medical emergency we traveled to India on Dec-2020 without realizing my daughter's
Bio-metric card expiry date( Her bio-metric card expired on Mar-2020 but that time we were in UK without realizing) .
We travelled to India with daughter expired biometric card but when we planning to come back we realized the this situation.
Could you please guide what I have to do.
its miracle to connect the UKBA and UKVI people .Even if we connect them also no use. They are not connecting right people and not showing right direction..
@Ollie123, You came across this satiation it seems please guide me.

You must apply for replacement BRP
visa as explained here:

You cannot apply for a replacement BRP outside the UK. Instead, you’ll need to apply for a ‘replacement BRP visa’, which lets you re-enter the UK once only. It costs £154.

Hi, you must apply for BRP replacement visa. It was very straight forward process
