priority service but still no result after 10 working days

Hi all

I applied for a three years skilled worker visa with priority service (5 working days service).
My biometric appointment is on 13 April. I received an email to say that I should pay for 5 years working visa on 15th April. I sent my bank details to them on 16th April
They deducted my money on the 21st but I still haven't received any further decision. I have called them to escalate the case for me on the 20th April. Every one of them said I would expect a reply for the escalation within 5 working days. But I still have received anything yet.

Is it peak season for the visa application at the moment? May I ask if there is any other way for me to contact them for the decision?

Just update my process.

I got my visa confirmation email on 26th April. Not sure why it took so long time but the result is important.
