Hi,
My second wife (first one is divorced) is applying for spouse visa from Pakistan. We got married in November 2020 and I stayed in Pakistan until 10 January 2021. Its been 3 months since I am back in UK.
Q1- I haven't sent any monies to my wife is pakistan as my parents were giving her on my behalf. Could it be a problem?
Q2- I don't have any savings at the moment but annual gross salary is more than £20K. Should it be acceptable as proof of finances?
Q3- Does my wife need to get Police Report from Pakistan to support she doesnt have any criminal record?
Q4- I am hoping that my wife come here in July/August. My wife and I cannot live in the place I am currently living but I have found a place. If I privately produce a tenancy agreement with the landlord should it be acceptable or a letting agent has to be involved? Do I need any other document from the landlord like a letter or his council tax?
I may have further questions that I can ask later but would really appriciate if someone can answer above question asap.
Kind Regards,

1. Proving genuine relationship is very important requirement of your visa, you should submit as much evidence as possible to prove to HO that you have a subsisting relationsship with your wife. This includes wedding photos, photos of you together before marriage, skype or phone and call records before and after marriage, any other evidence of you living or meeting together before marriage.
2. 20K per year should suffice the requirement. But must submit relevant proof of income like pay slips and same showing bank deposits for paid amounts from employer. If you work with same employer for more than 6 months then 6 months pay slips should be submitted. If you did not work for more than 6 months with same employer then 12 months pay slips. Make sure you count the amount which should be more than 18,600£ per year.
3. Your wife does not need to provide police certificate as home office may check the record from nadra through her identification document like passport/CNIC.
4. Accommodation requirements must be fulfilled. 1 bedroom flat is a must and a complete tenancy agreement with the landlord or agency and a letter of acceptance from agency or landlord with no objection or your wife joining you after the visa should also be submitted.
I hope I answered this, if you have anymore questions. Do let me know
