My Current submitted by Visa application under Skilled Visa worker and meanwhile I got a new offer

Hi All-

I am currently on Tier-2 ICT visa and my current employer applied for my visa extension under-skilled worker visa and no decision made on the visa status yet.
Moreover, I have got an offer from a different company and the company is ready to sponsor the visa.
1. Should I ask the new company to assign the CoS for me or wait for the decision on the existing Visa application?
2. Can I have two sponsorship at the same time?
3. My current Cos that was assigned last year in 2020 is expiring on 15th May and if I resign now then I have to serve 30 days notice period? That's why confused about what to do now.
Please advise if anyone has the same situation.

You cannot have two active CoS at a time. Your current cos will have to be withdrawn before the new employer can assign a cos.
