Visa Category for Spouse

Dear Members,

Hope you are well.

My first post - I'm applying for ILR on long term (10 years route) and my super-priority appointment is on 15th May. My wife has only completed 6 years in the UK so she is not eligible to apply for ILR along with me. Her visa is expiring end of May'21. Assuming I'll get my ILR by then, in which visa category I can apply for my wife's visa extension?

Any help would be much appreciated.
