Ihs email regarding my 19 months old baby

I wonder if someone could help I submitted the application for my wife and 19 months d baby girl, made a payment of my missis and my baby girl also paid the ihs for my missis but didn’t ask me to pay for my baby girl. A week after my biometrics and documents where taken received an email saying I have to pay ihs for my baby girl, I have replied that I was never asked to pay for my 19 months baby girl and got skipped.3 weeks gone no reply yet, I’m a bit worried as my application mu be refused. Can someone tell me shall I still wait for there email or or make the ihs payment for my baby girl

It is normal process for them to email you a link to make payment for IHS for your baby so you should have paid for it when they sent you an email! If the link is still valid, I will suggest you to make the payment otherwise their will be more delay in processing your daughters application.

Hi, sorry to hear. I also got same problem for my visa and the kids (pbs tier2) my husband already got visa.
They sent me email to pay and asked me to click the link below to make payment. But there was no link. I have no idea how to pay since I cannot pay on ihs page. They gave me 5 days deadline or my visa will be refused.
