Dear All,
I know that several discussions in the past have been held to discuss this issue, but would gladly welcome valuable suggestions from the group on this issue.
My friend applied for the HSMP in March and the response was that 'With reference to paragraph 7.2.1 of the HSMP guidance notes, the evidence provided should demontrate that the job roles undertaken in your field would normally require a minimum educational standard of a UK first degree level qualififcation or equivalent.' The application was refused based on this.
Could anyone please enlighten me more on what kind of evidence(s) that could be supplied as I prepare for the unpaid appeal next week. Please note that in my previous application, my employer supplied a reference letter and clearly stated that the position would normally require a graduate level qualification.
Thank you.
