Visit Visa Open?

Hi,

I just want to know Visit VISA OPEN for the UK or not yet?

I want to bring my mom, she +70 so nobody is back home to look after and she already visited 2 times in 6 months period, can I apply now for 2 years or 5 years?

Is your mother form a country currently on the red list? If yes, then no, visitor visas are not currently being processed.

Keep in mind that even with a two year or a five year visa, she is expected to reside in her country of habitual residence longer than she resides in the UK and that no single visit can last more than six months.

It is a visit visa, not a residence visa.
