Priority PBS Dependant decision delay

Post by Hxc6891 » Wed May 19, 2021 7:56 am

Hi,

My husband who was on tier 2 general applied for ILR and received approval in 2 working days. I applied for PBS dependant visa extension (Priority service) and had my biometrics appointment on 30 April (his appointment was 1 day before mine).

Since then I haven't received any communication from HO. It's already 11 working days and I was expecting decision/response from HO in 5 working days.

Are there other people in same situation? What should be my next steps if any senior can advise?

Two persons may have same application and biometrics appointment date at same location and still have different decision dates.
Even with priority applications, HO indicates there could be delay to it. You may need to exercise more patience. Where delays is undue, i think you can get refund of the priority application back.
