Red List Pakistan

Wife has until 23rd August to come to UK.

Which Stupid are coming to Birmingham from Pakistan? Even indirect? Turkish Stupid seem to advertise flights but told by someone they are not flying to UK.

Also do we need to get the biometric card before 23rd August? Or can get it later depending on when 10 day hotel quarantine finishes?
