Hi, all
Can you guys help with a information about wich form can I search?
I have a son with 21 years old, He lived with me in uk from 2012 to 2018 with dependent visa, He moved to brazil, but he want to return to live with me again, I have my British passport? Tks

He cannot be classed as a child anymore and hence the child dependent you wrote as topic won't cut it. He will have to get a visa route that he is qualified for in his own rights.

Your sentence is unclear.

Is your child 21 years old now (in which case, they are not a child for the purpose of immigration law), or was the other parent 21 years old when the child was born?
