Come on guys, read the guidance notes and the website FAQ and write something that sells yourself to the criteria, backing it up with documentation. Surely you can pick up the keywords -- "senior", "specialist", "graduate level experience", the number of years' experience needed to get points etc. Write a suggested form of words to give to your employer/former employer so they have an idea of what is needed for a statement of your experience. Get whatever ORIGINAL documentation you can to back up your case. What about job ads for similar positions to yours that state a degree is required? You may be able to use these. Yes, you may have to bug people to gather all the docs and references, but do you really want this or not?
If you can't document your case to a level that satisfies the criteria, well, sorry, you just don't qualify for those points.
