my girlfriend was refused entry into the uk last week after we returned from a week in turkey(she'd been allowed in ok in july),wrong dicission by the immigration officer because there was no intention what so ever for her to stay,,anyway,,she now has a "refused entry" against her.
So now we,ve realised this has brought us closer and we want to be together,,as i see it our options are to apply for a fiance visa and then marry here,,,or we get married in the usa, i come back without her and apply for a spouse visa, the second option seems better because we eliminate the cost of the fiance visa and also she will be able to work when she comes. BUT,,,will we have problems because she was refused entry?she was given 3 days leave of stay and departed when told, and,,would it be easier to just go staright for a spouse visa?
I realy need some sound advice here, the whole thing is getting me down and despondant.thanks
