BCOM degree - Tier 1 General requirements

Are there any people out there who have had their Tier1 rejected because they showed only 15yrs of BCOM education? (BOTH EDUCATION AND ENGLISH REQUIREMENTS) Does it mention anywhere that 16 yrs is required?

where you have read that 15yrs of BCOM education is not acceptable??
Do you know any case rejected just because of this reason.

Infact Bachalor of Commerce degree is recognized by self assessment tool available at UK BA site and it give 30 points for the same.
