ILR husband applying for wife's visa online? Priority service??

Pre-Covid, the service standard was 'aiming to process within 60 working days' but that was more of a ballpark figure as every application is different and 6 months was not uncommon. Nowadays with the pandemic in the mix, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Yes letter from employer is a MUST and doesn’t matter as long as you have an adequate accommodation which can accommodate both of you.

You are getting wrong information!! No priority option takes 1 week, the target for priority from
Abroad is 30WD.

Thanks, so instead of rushing we can do the visa on priority to get it in 30 days and once she gets visa she can serve her job notice period of 2 months to arrive in UK under 90 days.

I am not renting anywhere in UK now but can get a place and NOC a few weeks before submitting the visa application. I am still employed in UK and working remotely so have bank statements and payslips as financial earnings proof. I get £40k annually so should be above the financial earnings required?

am hoping India gets off covid red list soon; so in mid-Sept, I can return to UK and get paperwork sorted and then return to get married in mid-Nov. and then apply for her visa by end of Nov., while am here as well.

then we can either work remotely for a while and go back to UK together after her family visa comes (priority: 4 weeks via VFSglobal Delhi) and she serves her 8 week job notice period, OR
I return and she joins me in UK in end of Jan.

And for visa-related docs, we already have:
- my UK ILR,
- my passport, her passport, photos,
- form to fill,
- my UK job bank statements and payslips, and hers (her job here outside uk, if needed),
- relationship and all functions photos/videos, texts, whatsapp chats (of last 6 months on my phone before that on cloud backup), other interaction data (do I need timestamp and full msg text or can blur the msg texts and keep timestamp only?), hotel, venues and travel bookings.

and we need:
- me to find a new UK place to rent in Sept., with rent agreement and landlord NOC (this may be tricky as for a brand new landlord they may want to meet me personally in UK and have my stuff moved in before giving the NOC etc instead of me in India and my UK belongings stored at a friend's house and me just renting an empty flat from new landlord),
- a company letter from my employer mentioning my job title and earnings, maybe??
- does she need an employer letter too for her job outside UK?
- her IELTS or Eccts cert proving her english degree,
- her TB test.
