Need to report change of address with ILR?

Hello,

Just got ILR as I’m about to enter university. This leaves me with two questions:

1. As I moved to the UK as a dependent with my family but now have ILR, am I no longer considered a dependent and free to roam around?

2. Do I have to report address changes to the Home Office as a holder of ILR?

1. As I moved to the UK as a dependent with my family but now have ILR, am I no longer considered a dependent and free to roam around? For immigration purposes, with ILR you are no more a dependent and have more or less total freedom, don't get what you mean by "roam around" though.
2. Do I have to report address changes to the Home Office as a holder of ILR? No

By “roam around” I kind of just meant what you responded “no longer considered a dependent” / able to live separately from parent sponsors.

ILR holders have the same rights to work and study in the UK as of the British citizens There is nothing to report
