Hi, I and my husband are living at a rented property by our parents.

As proof of accommodation, what documents do we have to submit? Can we just submit a letter from the parents along with the tenancy agreement or do we have to provide anything else?

Your parent is not the owner of the property and both of your names does not appear on the tenancy agreement, you need a letter from landlord.

The landlord just to state that they give you permission to live in the property and also detail the number of rooms.
