British citizenship received email for application approved but not letter

Hi everyone

I hope you are keeping well. Just want to check I have not received British Citizenship letter in the post after application approved on 7th July 2021 and received email. I tried to book appointment but they are saying wait until you will receive letter.
Please can someone advise me on this.
