Hello,

I wish to apply for tier1 -HSMP in Jan'09. I want to apply for my wife only after my application is accepted and I feel comfortable staying in UK for 6 months, also my wife is yet to complete her Masters and I cannot wait since I will be completing 31 in Feb.

Is it ok as per rules of HSMP if we do not apply together and she applies as a dependant only if I am through?Please let me know
