Ask your HR to issue a earnings letter for the last 12 months. This letter should match with what is credited to your salary account....as in gross and net...so that the net can be matched with the bank statements.
The letter should be on company letter head and ofcourse the issuing authority would sign it.

HR or Accounts department is suppose to authorize the Payslips, they should do it.

Hi Friends,
Thanks for your comments.i spoke to HR 3 times.she tells simply Policy will not allow us to do it.Payslip tells clearly system generated and does not require signature.i am not able to convince her.is there any alternative way?.As per my company policy while applying salary certificate we must put the To the Address clearly. So if i put Hsmp
in to address she will not even provide that too.
.Surely they will not support providing documnets for applying work permit for other country.
i thought i can get the seal from security and Keep it in payslip.but do not know what to do for siganture.
Thanks®ards

Subhash,
You tell to your HR that you need this signature for applying Home loan.
If they tell about policy ask them to show that.I am not from I-flex, but still i don't think any company will have this kind of policy.
How the system generated documents authorized?
How the outsiders will assess the system generated ones?

Hi Subhash,
I am sorry, forgive me if i sound stupid, but i will tell you what i did as HR ppl generally are a little reluctant and too much interrogative, when it comes to these kind of things, i got my payslips stamped from the finance deptt. of my company. And i guess, it makes sense too, try out in finance deptt.
all the best

Try Account Department.
Don't create your own without let the HR know, they might call for verification some time. Don't take that risk

Hi subashcb,
In the application guidance it says:
payslips – either formal payslips or on company-headed paper. If payslips are not on headed paper or are received online they should be authenticated by your employer with signature and stamp.
If the payslip is generated automatically, it must be in formal paper, isn't it? Why do you still need the employer's stamp?

I AM HAVING EXACTLY SAME PROBLEM
The guidance show the Online Payslip must be signed by employer...I am working for a bank when i went to my HR Department to get it signed they SAID SALARY IS PAID THROUGH BRANCHES so tell your Branch Manager to sign it...Plz tell me will it work if MY BRANCH MANAGER signed my salary slips and give me a salary certificate....
My Branch manager will also be signing my account statement and letter for maintenence....WILL THEY LOOK ORIGINATED FROM SAME SOURCE...because i will not be providing INCOME TAX RETURN...
I will provide Salary Account statement, Salary Slips and Salary certificate all signed by same person...WILL IT WORK...PLZ SIGGEST.

Hi Guyz
Well all my salaries of 11 months are credited in my bank account by the company but for 12th month i received the salary as the Cash, which i deposited in the same bank account and this amount will show up on the 12th month bank statement. So that i have the official bank statements of all 12 months.
For the the 2nd proof of earning i am providing a letter from the employer which shows my net earning of 12 the months (from jan 2008 to Dec 2008), since in 11 months bank statements show the credited amount as salary transfer & the 12th month bank statement's amount as Cash deposit, so is it a problem? Moreover if the credited amounts on all 12 months bank statements are summed they give the same total amount which mention on the employer letter. I am from Saudi Arabia & there is no tax system here, so the gross salary is the net salary.
Guyz kindly comment on it
Regards
Malik

I think that it would be a problem.
One thing to do on the safer side is, get a letter from your HR that first 11 months salary(with amount in figures) is credited to your account, and the 12th month salary (with amount in figures) is given as cash (with the respective date), and a separate statement which says your total gross salary and net salaries are specified fully.
You can tell in your covering letter or additional information section that the 12 th month salary (with figure) is given to you as cash and that you have deposited to bank on the specific day (with the date). Also put in that the letter from the employer shows the authenticity of the info.
This is what I think, any experienced campaigners might give a better solution.

Hi,
I am planning to apply for tier1 application by end of this month.
I am having a doubt in my pervious earning section.
I planning to show my pay slips from January 2008 to Dec 2008, but in the month of December 2008 month no money is credited to my Indian salary because there was a due from the company and company is recovered the due from my December month salary. I am having the salary slip with all the details and it has mentioned the total earning was recovered towards the company Due and the net pay as 0.
In this case I can show the pervious earnings from Dec 2007 to Dec 2008 instead of showing from January 2008 to Dec 2008.
Please clarify the above point.
Regards
Kandasamy

Even if the payslip is generated automatically, if it is on company headed paper you do not need stamp / signature.
I got my Tier1 without any stamp /signature.

This is usually done by Finance/Payroll section. Try approaching them.
If failed there also then try taking a letter in this format
ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD
DATE
To whom it may concern:
This letter serves to confirm that Mr _____________ was employed by ___________________. from _____to __________ as a ___________.
I hereby confirm that the salary payments listed below have been paid to Mr. ________________ during his employment with us, and that all relevant income tax and other contributions have been paid by us on behalf of Mr. ______________.The following are the income of Mr. _____________ from October 2006 to September 2007.
