My wife entered the UK on the 19 April 2019 and her BRP valid until 01/01/2022. When do we apply. I have read 28 days prior to 30 months of being in UK.

So do we apply ON 21 SEPTEMBER 28 days before 30 MONTHS

Thanks for the prompt response. So is there a deadline. I assume the deadline is before BRP expires. Is it better to apply 28 days prior to 30 months or it makes no difference applying later than 30 months say 32 months?

Will there any issues affecting IDL if applying 32 months of being in UK

It is a time frame of application to ensure there is no shortfall when it comes time for ILR. An application between 28 days before 30months till the expiry date of valid leave should be target
