no IHS receipt from noreplyIHSpayments@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Hello
For my visa application, I received payment receipt from 'noreply@visas-immigration.service.gov.uk' email ID.
In the past, my colleagues had received IHS receipt from 'noreplyIHSpayments@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk'. But I didnt get similar receipt. All I got was just confirmation mail that payment is made but without transaction details.
I got receipt from worldpay. But my company needs receipt mail from gov.uk mail ID.
Did anyone get receipt from 'noreplyIHSpayments@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk' or other gov.uk email ID recently?
Is this process stopped or is there any other phone number or email ID I can contact to get the receipt? I already called UKVI customer care and gave all details. But no reply since 1 month.
