Dependent Partner Leave to Remain

Hi All,

Hope all are are doing well. I am looking for an advice if anyone came across same situation.
I was on ICT Leave to remain Visa and recently granted ILR however Dependent are on Dependent Partner Leave to remain Visa and valid till 2023. Next year May 2022 i shall apply for ILR for them.

Could you suggest as my visa type is changed do i need to apply for dependent family Visa though Leave to remain Visa is still valid.

Does it will cause any issues for ILR next year ? any suggestions and experience will help. Thanks.
