Visitor Visa Unemployed/Ties to Country

Hi, my sister is looking to visit UK for a short holiday and we are starting the Standard Visitor Visa process. She left her job recently and is unemployed at the moment and doesn't have any property in her name. How can she prove she has strong roots to her home country and will go back? What documents will she have to provide? Parents are both retired as well.

Also is it okay to provide TDS Form 16 provided by employers instead of Income Tax returns? Please help!

If she is single, HS no spouse or children, is unemployed and has no assets in home country, the chances of getting a visit visa are very slim.

Her past employment is irrelevant.
